What is VSG Academy?
What is VSG Academy?
VSG Academy, is VSG's youth development wing. It was created by VSG in March 2025 to nurture young cyclists through structured training, competitive exposure, and community support.
There are two pathways in VSGA:
Competitive: Through a combination of esports cycling, road racing exposure, and mentorship, VSGA develops well-rounded athletes and creates pathways for riders to progress into cycling clubs, higher-level competitions, and long-term sporting development.
Community: Academy riders are also given opportunities to gain real-world working exposure through supporting events, managing projects, and collaborating with partners. These experiences build skills such as teamwork, leadership, communication, and responsibility.
