Brief
The Singapore Cycling Inter-School Cup is an annual youth cycling event hosted by Virtual Cycling SG (VSG) and sanctioned by the Singapore Cycling Federation. The event aims to provide a structured competitive platform for student cyclists while promoting cycling as a sport among youths in Singapore.
As part of a broader partnership between VSG and CapitaLand Malls—particularly CQ @ Clarke Quay and Funan—to bring engaging cycling-related activities to their venues, the 11 April Inter-School Cup race will be held at CQ @ Clarke Quay.

Race Course & Format
Date: 11 April, Saturday
Lap distance: ~600m within CQ @ Clarke Quay (therefore this is a skills over speed course)
Race circuit pattern: Left-handed (counter-clockwise)
7-8 riders per wave (Pending operational tests)
Winner of each wave proceeds to finals. More details will be confirmed upon closing of registration.

Technical Regulations
Helmets are mandatory at all times while on the course, including during warm-up and route trials.
Aero bars are not allowed.
Earphones or headphones are strictly prohibited during racing.
Road bikes only, unless participating in the Fixed Gear category.
Road bikes must be equipped with functioning front and rear brakes.
Fixed Gear Category
Flat handlebars are not allowed.
Brakes are not permitted for this category.
Rider Briefing
A mandatory rider briefing may be conducted prior to the start of the races.
Riders who fail to attend the briefing may not be permitted to start.
Organiser’s Rights
The organisers reserve the right to amend the race schedule, format, or rules if required for operational, safety, or weather-related reasons.
